Greek Yogurt Dip
250ml1 cup Greek Style Yogurt
½ clove garlic, minced
2 Bick’s® Baby Dill Pickles, grated and squeezed dry
15ml1 tbsp fresh oregano, finely chopped
30ml2 tbsp fresh dill, finely chopped
15ml1 tbsp lemon juice
Salt to taste
1: Combine all ingredients and adjust seasonings to taste
2: Serve Greek Yogurt dip on a platter with Bick’s® Whole dill pickles sliced, Bick’s Onions®, Bick’s Olives, fresh cut figs, walnuts, fresh oregano prosciutto and pita bread.
